Sound insulation

The soundproof cabin is constructed with 38mm-thick double-layer aluminum honeycomb panels, with high-density damping soundproofing felt attached to the aluminum surfaces to meet noise insulation requirements. The interior is lined with acoustic materials to achieve the desired sound environment standards. The design values are RW+Ctr35dB (±5dB) and RT0.25 (±0.1s)

Fresh air

The design of multiple sound barriers not only solves the problem of sound leakage, but also greatly reduces the noise of the fresh air system, reduces the sound interaction inside and outside the cabin, and can completely update the cabin air every three minutes.

Lighting

The cabin is equipped with a 4000K natural light color temperature LED central lighting system, with standard 150LX lighting to meet normal usage needs. Professional lighting requires an expandable power supply to be pre installed in the cabin.

Power supply

Compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V USB power supply systems, suitable for mainstream equipment and energy environments inside and outside the cabin. The three control switch controls one lighting lamp and two exhaust fans respectively.

Velcro installation

Velcro straps are used for the installation of acoustic materials on the back, and are environmentally friendly and odorless. They are tested according to the "Inspection Method for Prohibited Azo Dyes in Imported and Exported Dyed Textiles and Leather Products" standard and comply with the European ROHS standard. Stable and fast installation facilitates later recycling.

Soundproof glass

The soundproof cabin adopts train style soundproof tempered glass, which meets the requirements of sound insulation while ensuring the safety and stability of installation and use.

Nylon carpet

We use custom sized nylon carpets, with only one carpet needed to fully cover each cabin. The embedded installation method ensures that the ground inside the cabin is level and not easy to slide. Meanwhile, nylon carpets have excellent sound absorption performance, meeting our requirements for acoustic design.
